All digital sales are final
Products are supplied as digital content with immediate access. The buyer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of any applicable right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Buyer responsibility
Choosing the correct product and checking software, hardware, format and compatibility requirements before purchase are the buyer’s responsibility.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a legal guarantee or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Technical issues
Refund requests are not processed through the website. If a purchased file is missing, inaccessible or corrupted, contact support@miix.store with the order reference so the issue can be resolved.
