Digital products
Products sold on miix.store are digital files. Access is delivered by email only after payment confirmation.
Immediate supply and withdrawal
Before payment, the buyer expressly requests immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledges that once delivery begins, any applicable right of withdrawal is lost.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the product description and ensuring that their software, hardware and storage are compatible before purchasing.
Licence
Purchasing grants access to the delivered files but does not transfer copyright or ownership. The buyer may not redistribute, resell or share the source files unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Support
Digital sales are final except where mandatory law provides otherwise. For a missing, inaccessible or corrupted file, contact support@miix.store with the order reference.
